Hi there-We are looking into taking a flight from Venice into Athens, staying for a few nights, then catching another flight from Athens to Santorini and back. We had heard Olympic Airlines was good but when I did a search on tripadvisor.com it seemed they had a track record of cancelling flights (Yikes!). I'd appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks in advance.

I had booked on Olympic, and the next day they changed the flight times. Ugh.
I ended up flying on Aegean, and they were wonderful - even a snack of quiche and cake on our flight from Rome to Venice! Would fly them again.
