Hello!!
At the end of my study abroad here in Spain I am planning on spending a couple weeks exploring Eastern Europe!!
I will be traveling from
Berlin to Prague,
Prague to Krakow,
Krakow to Budapest-
I am in the process of trying to figure out train tickets/ transportation inbetween cities. Any advice would be appreciated!

Also, I think a lot of the budget airlines fly some of these routes, which would be your best bet. Look at Rick's page http://www.ricksteves.com/plan/destinations/east/east1.htm
Also, there are night trains between most these cities.

I think the www.orangeways.com bus company is great for getting around the countries, it connects Budapest to many of the cities of Eastern Europe.
