Considering this is a Rick Steves site, I'm predicting there will be concensus that Szechenyi Baths is the best...as was recommended in his ETBD book for Eastern Europe. I went there last summer and it was one of the best sites I visited. Do remember though that they only take local currency for payment. I wish I had known that beforehand, as I showed up expecting to pay with either credit card or Euros and was not able to. There are no Bankomats closeby. So be sure to have sufficient Forints with you. Other sites to see--The Grand Market, Great Synagogue to see the Tree of Life, and go to an Opera if you can (it's really cheap). We also stayed 3 days and it was great! Have lots of fun while you're there.

Szechenyi is great fun. We were just there a month or so ago. We took a bicycle tour and a 1956 walking tour about the uprising. I believe they were Yellow Zebra. Also, there is a "commuter" boat that is available as an alternative to a river tour.
