That's sort of an open question. I guess start south and move north. There are some river cruises that will take you from one end to the other. I believe its a 14 to 21 day journey.

Lithuania is truly the gem of the Baltics. Its capital, Vilnius, is a charming city and the "best kept secret of Europe". Its meandering streets, numerous church spires, and red tile roofs are just waiting to be discovered! It has been described by many as having "southern" architecture under a northern sky! The people are very frienldy....especially if you try to learn a few words in Lithuanian. :-) TOP TEN THINGS TO SEE IN VILNIUS Gediminas Tower Vilnius Cathedral Our Lady of Dawn Saint Peter & Paul Church KGB Musuem St. Ann's Church Vilnius University Gediminas Avenue Pilis Street Trakai Island Castle VILNIUS RESTAURANTS LITHUANIAN Lokys Gabi Aula Zemaiciai Medininkai Forto Dvaras (Pilies g.)
