Hello guys, well my trip to Turkey and Greece is approaching!... sadly my travel companion had an emergency and cant longer travel with me from Turkey to Athens.
I am trying to contact the airlines about trying to transfer the tickets that I bought, to another friend. Or at least pay a fee. I really dont want to loose those tickets. I bought tickets from Istanbul to Kayseri using Atlas Jet, and I bought tickets from Kayseri to Athens using Pegasus airlines. I am having a hard time understanding them when I call them. And I cant find any helpful information online. Do any of you guys know their policy of transfer/refund/fee for this situations? (I am freaking out! having to travel solo now). Thanks!
Hopefully this helps - but I've never heard of airline tickets being transferable to another person. http://cmss.atlasjet.com/en/faq#Ticket_rules_and_payment

I just dug out the business card for a very nice man I met on Santorini, Murat Ozguc, who is in the travel business in Turkey. I don't know if he can be of any help but I think he'd try to help you if he could. Tell him Lee (Brotherleelove on TripAdvisor) from Oia Santorini gave you his email address. [email protected] It's an older business card, so if that email address isn't active any more try the "ContactUS" tab on their website: http://www.travelatelier.com/contact-us.html Good luck, I hope this works! Lee
Thank you so much guys!
Ivy, were you able to connect with Murat Ozguc? If yes, was he able to help you?
Hello Lee! Yes I was able to contact him but unfortunately the airlines could only offer refunds! Again, your help has being amazing!
