Can anyone suggest the best way to get from Piraeus port to the bus station in Athens for our trip to Nafplion and then from the bus station to Holiday Inn at the airport for our departure the next AM? And what about cost and time?

Take KTEL ( the Greek bus company) bus #420 from Piraeus port to bus station "A" on Kifissou Street in Athens. Buses to Nafplion run from there. Bus X93 runs from the Kifissou Street station to the airport. Helpful website: http://livingingreece.gr/2008/06/13/ktel-buses-of-greece/
