Athens to Corinth to nafplio

My husband and I are in Athens now. We are going to nafplio tomorrow but would like to stop in Corinth on the way. We will have our luggage (one heavy backpack each). I stupidly missed looking this info up before we left. I know we can take a bus with a stop in Corinth (if purchase separate legs) but I can't find exactly how and I can't access the archives here. Which bus station in Athens is it? Is there bag storage in Corinth? Has any one done this route with bags. Any recommended itineraries for this journey? Thank you so much in advance.

Sorry I don't know about left luggage but the bus station you want is Terminal A at 100 Kifissou. You can check times here

This might all be trickier than it looks. The Athens - Nafplio bus doesn't go into Corinth itself. It stops at a service station outside the town and, when we passed through there in February I couldn't see any sign of taxis, although they would probably ring you one.

Another option might be to get the train to Corinth. The new suburban line is pretty quick (about an hour and twenty minutes) and they run every 2 hours at just after the hour: 6.06, 8.06. 10.06 etc. You'd still be some way from the site, and would need a taxi, but at least you are likely to find one at the bus station.

Cheers

Thanks Alan for the info. We decided it would be too much of a hassle so we just went straight to nafplio. Not a bad decision - we r loving nafplio. Sadly we have to leave a two days straight to Athens airport. Would you Rec the same bus back to the Athens ktel station and a taxi to the airport as the easiest and cheapest way?
