Irene, it's almost impossible to give you good advice with a complete lack of information. The answer would depend on WHEN you are going, and your general budget range in Euros (here's a handy instant currency conversion site -- http://www.xe.com/ucc/) for the desired room size (single/double). Please don't just say "comfortable" or "nice" or "reasonable price" because everyone's idea of those adjectives is different.

In General, from whatever is suggested, I would recommend choosing one that is in the Plaka district or on the fringe of same: this means just to the east of the Acropolis or just South of it.
