Help. Conflicting information on how late the Acropolis is open on Sat 19 May. It is our only day to visit. Does anyone know the correct times that this attraction is open? Thank you.

I suggest you go as early in the morning as you can. We were there last September with our Tauck tour. Thank goodness our guide got us there early in the morning. It became so unbelievably crowded and it was so hot. Our guide alerted it that it was better to get up early than to face the unbelievable crowds and heat. We stayed at the Grand Britagne across the street from the Acropolis. It was so beautiful to see the Acropolis early in the morning, when we ate breakfast. The lights are kept on the Acropolis until about 6:30 AM. Our hotel had a restaurant on the roof where we ate dinner and breakfast. The view was spectacular.
