April or May in Prague

I'd like to visit Prague for a week at the peak of spring when the trees and flowers are in full bloom. I'm guessing that would be some time from mid-April to mid-May but I'd like to narrow that down a little closer. I know nature isn't predictable, but what's the usual time for this?

April is usually too early for full bloom in Prague. May (in Czech Kveten) would be a safer bet. The word Kveten derives from the word flower (kvet) or from the word to bloom (kvest). There must be a reason why May is called Kveten in czech.
