I have done a bit of research and found a company that offers a tour that is exactly what we want. They're called Alaturka Tours. They have lots of services ranging from different land tours to yachting trips. We just want a day trip to Pamukkale with continuing bus service to Fethiye. Has anyone used them? Are they reputable? They are requiring payment in full now. It all seems good but always like to hear first-hand experience. Thanks.

There are alot of these kind of mass tour companies available, I always used on site agreements, you may plan when you will be on site if you need cheeper prices...
You may try to contact with www.fortunagezi.com who are organizing custom special tours, you may give my name while you are keepin touch with them,
