accomodatiion in Lefkada

A good idea would be to search the internet, or go the book store & library and read the sections on Lefkada (Ionian Islands) to see what information they have for free. I know the Loney Planet books mentions a place called the Olive Tree. There is also a campling spot: Camping Kathisma. Good luck!

I didn't find anything about Agia Nikitas in either Frommer's Greece, Let's Go Greece, or Fodor's Exploring the Greek Islands in regards to any accomodations. I hope the ones I posted work out & you recieve suggestion from others. Other than that, the internet will be your best best. Also, check out some of the other posts about Greece, some people have listed websites that have Greek Travel information. They may be helpful to you.

Thanks. Actually I already did all that and by posting on rick steves I hoped to find someone who has been there. The Olive Tree only has 2 reviews on Trip Adviso and a mention in Lonely Planet. I called the owner and talked to him. I like having choices. I do appreciate your very good advice. I always go sit in a bookstore and read all the travel books and make notes. I find it strange that there is so little written about Lefkada.

I think the Super Bowl weekend has posters a bit busier than usual. You may still hear from some posters yet.
Sometimes I would get responses up to 2 weeks after I posted. Hang in there. You are right, though, there isn't a great deal of detailed information in those tour books about Lefkada. Such a shame it looks very beautiful - I'd love to visit the Ionians sometime in the future as well. Good Luck to you!
