Am having a hard time getting Knezevic to answer my emails. Have emailed 3 times. Was wondering if anyone else has stayed in another place in Plitvice(or close to it)that was inexpensive and nice. Around the same price of 70euros. A sobe would be fine also. Thanks for your help.

Did you try the 4 hotels in Plitvice? I stayed at the Hotel Plitvice (even though it was a splurge) and enjoyed it. The 2008 price lists are up on their websites (http://www.np-plitvicka-jezera.hr/).

We stayed at the Knezevic Guest House last July. We enjoyed our stay--clean, quiet with the option of a homecooked dinner for an additional price. We booked 2 months ahead of time--the place was busy but not full, so perhaps there is still vacancy. A couple of things you may want to check: if the online form is compatible with your browser and their message about spam filters? There are 3 different email addresses listed on their website. I used this one: guest_house@vodatel.net

thank so much BUT finally Kristina answered my email yesterday and almost 1 1/2 weeks. She apologized for taking so long. So I booked with them. Thanks for the good write up on their place. That was appreciated. Great to know it is a nice place to stay. We are going to take 1/2 board as well.
