Planning a trip to Greece next March and wondering how much of an impact Greek Independence day (March 25) will have on our ability to move around. Also, if restaurants are generally closed. I am assuming sights would be. Would appreciate any info.

Rachele I was in Nafplio for Independence Day a couple of years ago. There shouldn't be a problem with either travel or restaurants. I didn't notice whether sites were open - I was too busy watching the parade and visiting the fair - but you are probably right that they are closed. It's a nice time of the year to be there.
