Private car and driver from Nurnberg to Prague

I want to hire a car and driver from the cruise pier in Nurnberg to Prague, stopping along the way. I do not want a bus or train. Can anyone suggest where I should stop ? Karlovy, Pisen? Is it worth the stops ? I thought about lunch at Hotel Pupp.
