we want to do a loop from nuremburg to prague to warsaw to berlin to frankfurt
the eastern europe rail pass does not include germany
any suggestions?

Try buying your tickets point-to-point. Rail tickets in the east are a fraction of the cost in the West anyway.

also check out flights they can often be cheaper than trains.
