I will be going to Kharkiv, Ukraine the end of March. I realize that it could still be cool/cold 30s-50s, and possibly a little wet. I will be visiting some people and want to dress nicely but not have to take anything beyond a carry on. Can one go to nice restaurants, opera or concerts etc in slacks, nice shirt and sweater with a leather coat? Or do I need to at least take a sports coat ans tie. I will be taking slacks for the trip. I know that the ladies tend to dress nicely, how about the men? Jeans or slacks, that sort of thing. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Dan
