Has anyone rented a car from "novacarhire?" Are they reliable? Their low prices seem too good to be true.

We rented through our hotel in Capadoccia which worked out well, but one big word of caution...it came with an empty tank of gas! We had to quick find a gas staion when we realized it and no one spoke English where we were at the time, but between my limited Turkish and cherades we found one! On a positive note, it was very cheap:-)
