I am in London, looking to travel around, I am thinking of going one of four places they are:
Istanbul
Budapest
Madris
Lisban
What do you think would be the best choice for this time of year. I would be in the chosen location from december 1st to the 9th or 10th.

This is just my personal opinion but here's how I would rank them:
Istanbul
Madrid
Budapest
Lisbon
Istanbul is a fascinating, exotic city and it's less expensive right now. I'm not sure about the weather but it's likely be a little cool in each one. If I were you, I'd do a some research to determine which city fits what you're looking for--any one of them would be fun for you to visit. Enjoy!
