Any suggestions on the best way to get to Frankfurt from Prague? Driving,train, or both?

I have done the opposite going from Frankfurt to Prague. I took the night train from Frankfurt in a sleeper car and it was great. I do not recall the exact price but it was reasonable.

Did this last summer. There is a direct train from Prague to Nurnburg and Frankfurt, taking about 6 hours to Frankfurt. Only one a day, and remember, it doesn't leave from the main station, but the older, small Communist-era station on the west side of the river (the metro goes right to the station). All the other trains take forever.

The drive is very scenic and you could stop at several interesting places. There's a brand new freeway from Prague to Nuremberg and then the regular German Autobahn to Frankfurt. Problem would be a one-way car rental because of the high extra fees. Also CSA Czech Airlines have introduced a new fares concept on the PRG to FRA route which can be quite affordable.
