Berlin to Prague

I'm looking to take a train from Berlin to Prague next month, and then Prague to Vienna. The guidebook says that the Prague Excursion Pass is too expensive, but does anyone know how else to reserve a train pass in and out of Prague? The SelectPass I'm using doesn't include Czech. Thanks!

Don't know if my suggestion can help, but I do the Czech thing with excursions to other countries from there every year....Found SelectPass can be more trouble than its worth for my purposes.
I just usually book my tickets from Berlin to Prague using Deutche Bahn website: http://bahn.hafas.de/bin/query.exe/en . I seem to always manage to get them on special. Last time it cost $112 total for three of us from Berlin to Prague. For Prague to Vienna or Vienna to Prague I do the same thing or buy a bus ticket online with Eurolines. The tickets I bought for October 2008 from Vienna to Prague only cost $18 each. It takes just as long via train as bus but train is a little more comfortable.

Just buy a point to point ticket where the pass doesn't work
