We are planning a trip in May and will be traveling with an 8 month old. We have considered the following areas: Croatia (not sure what area): Slovenia (again not sure what area): Hallstatt, Austria: Prague: London: either Ireland or Scotland.
We have three weeks. Any suggestions. We usually stay in one place for three days.
Whoa, slow down a bit.
We did three weeks in Ireland in 2006. We move fast. I married my wife 'cause she walks fast enough to keep up with me.
That said, even traveling at our chop, chop, one night then two night pace, we saw a quick overview of the bottom half of the Island, including two and a half days in Dublin.
Either British Isle is it's own separate trip.
What's wrong with highlights of Austria (incl. Hallstatt, Salzburg, Vienna) and highlights of Czech Republic (Prague, Olomouc, Cesky Krumlov etc.) broken up by a few days of rental car in the Julian Alps of Slovenia.
Now that sounds doable with an infant.
Sounds a bit ambitious unless you plan to fly between areas.
