Where do you suggest buying tickets to Paris from Zurich? I have been looking on raileurope.com but wanted to make sure I wasn't missing out on a cheaper fare. I planned to buy the Swiss Half Price Fare, but I believe this is only for traveling in Switzerland. Is that correct? Tickets for direct, early trains around about 124 each person.

First place to go is always the website of the company that operates the trains, in this case it is TGV-Lyria: https://www.tgv-lyria.com/en
Another site to use, for example if I have trouble getting TGV-Lyria to accept your credit card is: https://www.trainline.eu/
Are you actually starting from Zürich, or somewhere else in Switzerland? If the answer is somewhere else, then buying a ticket from Zürich may not be the best option, possibly change trains at Basel or Geneva. In this case you need to do a search from wherever to Paris.
Thanks for your feedback. We will be staying in Murren for 3 nights and Zurich for one night. We will leave from Zurich and head to Paris the next day.
This site offers great info on using trains in Europe, https://www.seat61.com. Most will tell you not to use Rail Europe, its a third party vendor. Purchasing directly from the train company site is better. I have used traineline.com before, at no added costs.
