Hi,
We will like to go to Milan from Zurich. We have already purchased a Swiss Pass.
We understand that the Swiss Pass covers the travel from Zurich to Chiasso (Italty border) and we have to buy the additional ticket from Chiasso to Milan.
Question are :
1.. Where to buy the tickets from Chiasso to Milan
2. Time of departure - is it the time we leave Zurich or estimate the time from Chiasso to Milan?

Buy the ticket from the Swiss railways SBB.
They will sell you a ticket taking into account your Swiss Pass and just charge for the uncovered part. You stay on the same train in the same seat.
When you use the app or website you indicate your pass. Or you can go to a window at a station.
When doing this on line do book Zurich to Milano, and select the reduction "GA", which stands for "Generalabonnement", which is what we in Switzerland call a pass that is valid on all public transport. You will then get charged only for Chiasso - Milano (should be 19,- CHF) and will get a reservation for Zurich - Milano.
