Whenever we have stayed in Geneva, the hotels have provided a transit pass for the days of our stay. Is this the same in Zurich? Thanks.
Wow, that has never happened to us. Who do you know? Was it part of a package? Only way to be sure is to ask the hotel.
It should say on the hotel website if they did. But the “tourist area” of Zurich is very compact and walkable, and I don’t know why one would need a transit pass. We have never been offered one, but we have only spent single nights there.
I was in Basel and Zurich in December. In Basel my Air BnB host provided a Basel card which included transit. then I moved to a hotel in Zurich. No transit card or pass.
As far as I know, Zurich has no local transit pass included with a hotel stay, unlike Luzern, Basel, or Geneva.
Thank you everyone
