Zurich Day Trips

Hi! A family of 4 of us will be traveling to Zurich. Unfortunately we don't have much time to explore a lot of Switzerland but Zurich will be our home base as we are see in other family members there.
We have 1 full day of exploring Zurich and the other 2 days I wanted to visit Rhine Falls and Stein, the other day, I want to visit Lucerne/Interlaken/Grindewald/Lauterbrunnen. I was considering renting a car for the Lucerne/Interlaken/Grindewald/Lauterbrunnen day but if there's a way to do that via train, we would prefer that.

Whats the best rail pass to buy to cover our day to Rhine falls / Stein and then our second day trip to Lucerene and other areas?

Is doing Lucerne/Interlaken/Grindewald/Lauterbrunnen all in 1 day possible?

we are 4 adults, no kids, active and enjoy the outdoors. We won't have any suitcases with us.

Thank you for your help!

Unless you just want to take a train ride and not get out, no, you can't do Lucerne/Interlaken/Grindewald/Lauterbrunnen in one day. Just quickly, I probably wouldn't spend time exploring Zurich, and instead spend the day in Luzurn/Lucerne. Then the other day you could go to BO. Skip Interlaken and check out the other towns you'd like to see. For BO (Berner Oberland), you might think about skipping Grindelwald and spend the day exploring Lauterbrunner, Murren, Wengen, perhaps Schilthorn if its clear. Grindelwald is on the other side of BO.

You will want to use the trains and not rent a car. You don't need one and it'd be a hassle. I'm not sure which pass is best. We purchased the Swiss Travel Pass, but we were in Switzerland longer.
