Zurich Airport transportation to Sheraton Zurich Hotel

Use the tram.

In SBB you can type in your destination address and it tells you exactly how to get there, including any walking required. Like a literal physical address, not just a train station name.

In this instance, “Sheraton Zürich, Pfingstweidstrasse” shows around 25 minutes, taking a train from the airport “Zurich Flughafen” to the main station “HB” and then catching the tram from there to your hotel. There are also other possible routes depending on the time you go, but SBB will show you all the connection options and what train to catch to then catch the tram.

Looks like the quickest option stops at Zurich Toni-Areal and then you have a 3 minute walk to the hotel.

It will take about 25-30 minutes with one change on public transportation, which is clean, safe and reliable. Trains leave more or less every 10 minutes into the city and then you can switch to the tram (#4 Tram, stop is Toni-Areal, which is literally in front of the Sheraton). If you buy a single ticket, it's 7 francs per person (although there are various passes available which may be useful if you will be using public transport again during your stay). This will be the cheapest option.

Taxis are fairly expensive and if there is traffic, it may not actually save you much time either.
