Need recommendation for good place to stay near Zurich airport in $150 range with public transportation available to get to airport by 8am

Getting to the airport by 8AM by public transit is quite easy, and that gives you a wide area to search in. But where is your last night before that going to be? Because that same public transit may well mean that you can just stay where you are, and go to the airport in the morning. It is not always necessary to move to near the airport the night before your flight. I for example rarely do that, and I live in Wengen...

I spent the night before departure at the Hotel Bristol in Zurich. I don't remember what I paid (this was in December) but it was in the $150/night range. It was definitely nothing fancy but clean and about a five minute walk to Zurich HBF where you can get a direct train to the airport. I don't remember what time I left exactly, but it was earlier than 7:00 because I was leaving too early for breakast at the hotel.
