I'm buying a Zermatt monthly peak pass at the below site. Where will this monthly pass load onto? My SBB app?

Scroll down on the page you cite to the "Questions and Answers" section and your question will be answered. You can pick it up when you arrive in Zermatt and load it on to a key card that costs 5 CHF that is refundable when you leave. That is one option.
