Would love your feedback on Switzerland Itinerary! Solo Traveler

Hello! I would greatly appreciate your feedback on my 11-day trip to Northern Italy and Switzerland in early May. I will be flying in and out of Milan, (I am fine with only spending one full day in Milan) I prefer small towns to larger cities but don't want to miss out on important destinations. I am not a big hiker but I like beautiful views and cute small, Swiss towns towns. I want to avoid anything too touristy. I would love your feedback and am open to any suggestions! Thank you!
Day 1 Milan
Day 2 Day trip to Lake Como
Day 3 Day trip to Bergamo
Day 4 Montreaux (or Lussane?)
Day 5 Day trip to Gruyeres (too touristy?)
Day 6 Lauterbrunnen
Day 7 Day trip to Gimmelwald & Mürren
Day 8 Day Trip to Wengen & Kleine Scheidegg
Day 9 Bern
Day 10 Day Trip to Murten
Day 11 Return to Milan

I'm a bit confused where you are sleeping each night.
Some random thoughts-
skip Bern , it's nice, but more time in the Alps is better.
Skip Murten, same reason.
I wasn't impressed with Gruyeres.
Maximize time sleeping in the Berner Oberland.
Go straight from Milan onto Varenna, Lake Como, and spend at least two nights there.
Perhaps ride the Bernina Express train route into Switzerland .
Fly out of Zurich (stay in Lucerne) to avoid backtracking. It's easy to get to the Zurich airport from Lucerne.
Haven't been to Bergamo so can't comment on this destination,
Too many day trip become exhausting. Peaceful mornings and evenings in the Alps are priceless.
You have some beautiful locations - enjoy! Safe travels!

Thank you for your suggestions. I do tend to cram too much into trips sometimes. Thanks again!
