We are going to the Lucerne area and Interlaken area this summer and are just doing mountain trips each day. With 3 days in Lucerne to do Pilatus Kulm, Rigi Kulm, and Titlis, it seems obvious to get the Tell Pass--it has 100% coverage for all of those. But in Interlaken-- doing Schynige Platte, Schilthorn, Harder Kulm, Grindelwald-First, and Jungfraujoch--the reduction in coverage of the Berner Oberland Pass for 2025--to 50% for most of those (and only including 25% for Jungfraujoch) means that the Half Fare Card is the same cost or less (except for Schilthorn). So if these benefits of the Pass and Card total about the same for this trip, and the 6-day Pass costs 350 whereas the Half Fare Card costs 120, why not just get the Half Fare Card?
I have a similar trip in May and was considering the half fare card and BO pass. I’m not familiar with the Tell pass but I’ve been to most of those mountains already so I’m not sure that would benefit me. I think you need a degree in rocket science to figure out which passes to get.
A few more things to consider is if your accommodations provide a city card for local transportation and area discounts https://www.luzern.com/en/information/useful-information/visitor-card-lucerne . Interlaken has a city card too. Did you consider the Jungfrau Travel Pass as it covers the attractions you listed (now Schilthorn?). https://www.jungfrau.ch/en-gb/jungfrau-travel-pass . There is a Half Fare Card discount for it. The Tell Pass doesn't give any Half Fare Card discount.
I went to Pilatus and Titlis and just used the Half Fare Card discount. Weather is one thing that can toss a good plan up in the air. Consider a plan B so you don't have a pass for days you can't enjoy the mountain tops. If you hit 50% of what you have on your list, you will have a great vacation. Try to fit in a boat ride.
The Schilthornbahn cable car is not covered by the Jungrau Travel Pass, but if you get the Half Fare Card for 120 CHF, you will get some discount on the Jungfrau travel Pass (but less than 50%). Then you will also get the full 50% discount on the Schilthornbahn. Unfortunately the Tell Pass does not give discounts with the Half Fare Card
