Which Pass for 9 days?

Hi

I would be staying 9 days in Switzerland. Which would be the best pass for me? My stay would be as follows:

2 October - Zurich to Murren
3 4 5 October - Murren Hikes + Jungfraujoch + Lake Brienz + Brienzer Rothorne

6 October - Murren to Luzern
6 7 8 October - Rigi, Titlis + Lake Luzerne
9 October - Luzern to Hotel Villa Honegg (Honegg, 6373 Ennetbürgen, Switzerland)
10 October - Honegg, 6373 Ennetbürgen, Switzerland to Zurich Airport

I would consider the Swiss Travel Passes for 8 consecutive days to be more convenient than the 4-day flexi version at about the same price. Even thought it won't cover travel on day 9, it covers quite a bit of lower-elevation transport that's hard to calculate in advance.

  • 8 consecutive days = $397 per adult + $40 for trip to Zurich Airport on day 9 = $437 + 50% of higher lift costs
  • 4 flexi days Combi with Half-Fare feature = $378 + some lower-elevation tickets and/or museums in between the 4 longest travel days + 50% of higher lift costs

Or, you can make a smaller initial purchase with the Swiss Half Fare Card = $131 and then pay 50% of all transport tickets that you buy as you go during your trip (but no museum coverage).
