any of them will only be good if you have good weather, otherwise they can be a waste of money. as a general idea you will probably ? find chamonix much cheaper than anywhere in switzerland. and they are generally all above the tree line eg: about 10,000 feet, 3000m, so the scenery will be similar.
so from an evaluation point of view,
what does your travel pass cover ( some aren't covered?)
is the weather good?
how much time does it take to get there?
how many tourists will be there?
what do we see other things when we are there? ( ice caves etc)
as an example the der dachstein mountain in austria has probably more to offer and much cheaper, it is just not as advertised. ( we also had a nice meal at the top)
for reference, we have been to mt titlis, it was easy, generally quick to get to and had an ice cave etc to look at.
we have also been to mer de glace in chamonix, similar but different. it is a cog train and actual glacier. we did it on a very hot day in spring 36 deg C in the town. spectacular scenery surrounding.
whereas when we were in lauterbrunen last year we decide not to go to the usual mountains in the area as they were WAY too expensive. and they were clouded out most days. we hiked instead in the general area.
long answer short. do some research but be prepared to not go, if the weather is not favourable. unless you like the idea of catching trains/cables cars, for fun.
hope this helps.
