Which Esim works the best for Switzerland? Does Orange has good coverage?

Good afternoon

Does Orange sim or eSim card roaming works well in Switzerland?

We will go to Martigny, hike the Haute-Route to Zermatt, stay there a few days and 8 days in the Lauterbrunnen area
22 days total. We need 20 or 30Go minimum. Phone calls would be great.

What I like about Orange is that they include local phone calls which could be useful but is the coverage good with Orange???

Any other suggestion?
