Where to stay in Zurich and Lauterbrunnen (1 week carefree itinerary with 1 year old)

Hi everyone

My wife and I are planning to visit the beautiful Switzerland with our 1 year old baby. Since we have the baby, we don't want a stressful itinerary & hence planned out a carefree, casual trip where if we can't do as planned, it's okay & we just enjoy wherever we are.

We just want to stay outdoors, enjoy the natural beauty, eat around in some good restaurants, enjoy some tea / coffee in some shops, eat local food and just walk with the baby in a stroller. We won't be doing any hikes.

Here's a rough itinerary, can you please suggest places to stay:

16 Jun, Sun

Fly in -> Stockholm to Zurich, stay in Zurich
Explore Zurich

17 Jun, Mon 12-23, 49%
Stay in Zurich
Explore Zurich
Trip to Lucerne, if time permits

18 Jun, Tue
Zurich to Interlaken (Zurich - Lucerne - Interlaken route for scenic views)
Interlaken to Lauterbrunnen
Stay in Lauterbrunnen, explore Lauterbrunnen

19 Jun, Wed

Day trip: Lauterbrunnen --> cable car --> Grütschalp --> Murren -> Gimmelwald

20 Jun, Thu

Day trip: Lauterbrunnen to Wengen by cogwheel train (not including Männlichen as it's above 2000m, not recommended for toddlers)

21 Jun, Fri

Day trip: Lauterbrunnen to Interlaken

22 Jun, Sat

Explore Lauterbrunnen, goto Zurich, stay in Zurich

23 Jun, Sun

Fly out

Queries:

a. Since I'm travelling with the baby for the first time, wanted to stay at a convenient location in Zurich where it's easy to hop on the train to Lauterbrunen. I usually prefer / afford good mid-tier hotels. Cleanliness and location are the main criteria. Also, if we can take quick strolls outside the hotel, that would be fantastic.

b. At Lauterbrunnen, I want to stay at Lauterbrunnen itself (and not Murren or Wengen) although I understand that there's a special charm to those places. My rationale is that I want a carefree itinerary and don't want to travel much with the baby. So Zurich to Interlaken to Lauterbrunnen is fixed. Also, I can hop onto trains easily from Lauterbrunnen. Can you kindly recommend a good home stay, BnB, or apartment where we can cook (mostly baby food). Or any hotel that provides a functional kitchen inside the room.
