We will be driving a rental car from Munich to Les Rousses, in France, which is near Geneva. We would like to spend one night in Switzerland, in an area with something interesting to see in the one evening and morning we will be there. We will be there in February 2023. Any suggestions where we should stay? Thanks!

there are several possible routes. which did you have in mind? which is more important - speed or scenery? Are toll roads ok?
(by the way, have you worked out the drop charge for an international rental like that?)

We prefer a fairly direct route from Munich to Les Rousses, France, with a one night stay along the way in Switzerland. We have arranged to pay the drop off fee for the rental car. Please suggest an interesting place to stay for one night in February. We would have time to explore one evening and the following morning. Thanks!
