Apart from Bucherer are there any other pls we get good deal on watches in Zurich or Lucerne ?

It kind of depends on what you mean by a good deal in watches....
As a Swiss I'd be thinking more about Geneva or Zurich if I was looking for something in say the 30k+ range. Yes, Bucherer may have what you want, but I don't know any others in Lucerne, so you might find the options a bid limited... Zurich is less than an hour away, so may be broaden your options.

You may get a better selection but I doubt if you'll get any bargains on anything in CH. The old recommendation used to be duty free, but they don't work so well anymore either in this global economy.
