Trying to buy tickets for Bernina And Glacier Express for June and the website is not giving me options to do so.
Anyone know how far in advance it opens up? I don’t want to forget and have them sell out.

That is way way too far into the future, 9 months!! The times for next year haven't even been published yet.
Trains are everyday transport, if I want to go somewhere tomorrow, I buy the ticket tomorrow.
For tourist trains like these two, you can buy tickets and reserve seats ~1 month in advance, no problem.
These, and every other rail line in Switzerland has at least one train per hour. You can choose to go on the regular hourly train, or these extra tourist trains,you will see the same mountains. And the regular trains have no reservations.

I'll second Chris: reserving a month in advance is plenty. For Bernina, where there are regular trains on the same route, I'd even consider not booking until I know the weather will be good: even if the panoramic trains are full, you can find seats on the regular trains, where booking is unnecessary.
