I need help finding the right adapter for Switzerland. Do I need a J adapter? I have an iPhone so I need one USB C and a couple USB ports. Does anyone have any recommendations? TIA
If all you are trying to do is charge your phone, check with your hotel. Some
places have USB ports in the rooms now, which would be sufficient to charge
a phone.
Otherwise, a J adapter is definitely going to work, but a C plug will fit as well,
so you could use that with whatever you regularly use in the rest of Europe.
Thank you!
As long as your C adapters have a pointy base like this they will work just fine in Switzerland.

Mine worked just fine in the 6+ locations of my recent visit to Switzerland.
It doesn’t need to have 3 prongs?
Nope. The 2 prong one linked to above is fine.
My android phone, tablet, and CPAP used C 2 prong adapters. Most small electronics do.
These are the ones that i have and have used on all my trips to Switzerland.

You don’t have to take our word for it. the Switzerland tourism page discusses adapters and states: “The standard continental type plug with two round pins, applied for many electrical travel products, may be used without problem.”
Have a great trip!!
Thanks for your help!
Something like this will cover you for Switzerland and most of Europe....
