I reach Zurich on 27 th june 2018 and after 5 days stay in switzerland I travel to Paris by train. Please tell me how much in advance should I buy the swiss travel pass and my ticket for paris from Luzern.
Also for train journey from luzern to paris via Basel..... there is indication of constrction work on the route.....**`.Between Gelterkinden and Tecknau on the line Basel SBB - Olten, engineering work is in progress. Moreinformation`**
Can I still book tickets on this route ? If not please suggest an alternative plan considering that I wish to travel by TGV.

You can purchase travel passes at the airport train station when you arrive. The only train you need to book in advance is the train from Basel to Paris, and you should buy now if your plans are set to get the best discount.
As far as the engineering work on the Luzern-Basel line, here is the "more information"
