What would be best order to fly into Zurich, then on to Luzern (2 days) Murren (3days) Zermat 2 days, Lausanne(1 day) Bern (1day) then either back to Zurich or Geneva to fly home?

When you say "days" do you mean nights, as in 2 nights in Luzern or 1 night in Luzern with 2 "days" -- Do you have 9 total nights including arrival and departure? It's best to do itineraries based on nights, as days sometimes involve more than 1 location when you're moving, so it's impossible to advise.
