Wengen-Lucerne end of March

I'm currently booked 4 nights in Wengen, 2 nights in Lucerne. Going March 27 - Apri 2. Thinking I want to shorten by 2 days in order to squeeze in 3 days in Positano before 4 days in Rome, 4 days Florence. Too much? Advice, please!

To me it sounds a bit much, but here are my thoughts - you could perhaps squeeze 2 nights out of your route.

When you say 4 days / 3 days, how many nights is that? If you have 5 nights in Florence, you could take 1 away.
Otherwise, while I'd usually recommend at least 4 nights in Wengen, late March is still winter sport season. Hiking won't be as easy as later in the year, although there are groomed - not plowed - paths for winter hiking, but this requires good shoes and gear (gloves, gaiters). Therefore, if you're happy with just enjoying the views, 3 nights could do at that time of the year. 2 nights would be too short.
And I wouldn't spend any less than 2 nights in Luzern.

Thank you for the feedback. I'll likely just move one night to Lucerne, 3 nights Wengen, 3 in Lucerne. I can save Positano as an excuse to travel next year.

I appreciate your insight!
