Everyone, I have been searching for a place to stay in Wengen in Sept that has veiws of the Valley and mountains.
I know I can search vrbo, airbnb, alpineholiday services, Interhome etc..but I was reawlly looking to see if someone has stayed at a home they loved and had the views. Also hoping for Laundry in the home or builiding as this will be our stop after 5 days before arriving and we are staying 6 to 7 nights.

We stayed at Chalet Gerbera in two their apartments in the same chalet. We absolutely loved it. The views were stunning. It’s a bit of a walk back uphill to Wengen, but the owner suggested we walk 4 minutes downhill, then hop on the train and ride it uphill for 3 minutes. There is a shared laundry room available to the 3 apartments. I think it’s about 5 CHF per load to wash & dry.

Yes, the views are of both the valley and mountains. Just as pictured. I don’t think you could find better views. I was so thrilled to step out onto the balcony and see those views. I had breakfast on the balcony each morning, sometimes all bundled up! And sat out there every evening watching the view change with the light and clouds before my eyes. It was heavenly.
The listing on booking.com has a few more pictures. But I recommend booking directly for better pricing.
Although not a chalet or home I would recommend the Jungfraublick Hotel. The views of the Jungfrau and the surrounding area from our balcony were awesome. On their website you will see a photo of a person on one of their balconies. enter link description here
Thanks Michael - I actually just looked at it. I definately want a kitchen and looks like they do have 1 with a kitchen..so I am checking it out.
The views do look fantastic.
We stayed in Apartments Aquila for our 5 days in Wengen this past July. Stunning views of the mountains (including Jungfrau) from our flat. Other flats face out over Wengen and may have a view of the valley leading down to Lauterbrunnen (but you should inquire about the latter.) You would have to ask if your flat was one with views of Jungfrau, etc from your livingroom/ sliding glass doors. (that is where our views were.)

Micheal that is ik. Appreciate it. I actually checked the website and i inquired about the one that had the jit hen. They said they dont rent it out.
