Paris in the same April week could easily swing to/from warm & sunny to chilly & rainy.
Ditto for Switzerland except in the mountains there is still a very good chance to see snow in April. In fact, this live webcam in the alps will show you the temperature and conditions. Right now in Maennlichen it is in the 40s (F) and snow everywhere.
Safest to assume it will be cold and rainy and pack accordingly. The only thing worse than lugging around winter clothes you don't need, is to need winter clothes you don't have! Use layers. Cashmere sweaters weigh nothing and provide great warmth (which you'll need on the plane anyway), down can be light and packable. Waterproof shoes too!
The Jungfrau and Schilthorn both have several webcams where you can see live mountain conditions. And there are multiple weather sites on the internet. There's no excuse anymore for not knowing what the weather's going to be like.
Paris is a city where you can wear whatever you're comfortable in, with lots of department and specialty stores to get stuff you need or want. Same with Zurich and Berne.
