Visp to Zermatt train change

I was wondering if socan please direct me on changing from track 7 to 3 in Visp. I see the site plan but am unsure of up and fown etc. thanks

You will have to use the under-track passageway between platforms. I don't recall any escalator or elevators. There is a stairway and ramp.

PS I checked the station plan at Traffimage. Yes, stairs and ramps.
