We will be spending 5 nights in Lauterbrunnen in June and would like to visit a vineyard during our time. Are there any good ones near Lauterbrunnen or should we just take a day trip to Lavaux region and find a vineyard there?

None that I know of. Not to say somebody might have some vines and make a little wine, but its not like Lavaux.
Berner Oberland is cheese country, not wine. The terrain and climate are not good for wine grapes.. The Lavaux is excellent wine country.
I've never seen grapes growing anywhere in Canton Bern.
There are quite a few vineyards in Canton Bern. The closest to Lauterbrunnen would be in Spiez. Can be combined with a visit to the castle and a cruise.
Most are however around Lake Biel
If you do make it to the Lavaux region, I highly recommend stopping in Saint-Saphorin. I was there last June and it was one of the highlights of my trip.
