There was a short item about this in my paper today.
The location is the main square in the centre of Bern (Bundesplatz). The building in the background, in front of which they have landed, is the Swiss parliament (Bundeshaus).

Interesting that the parking police measure the tire position against the parking limit line and not the location of the extreme end (bumper) of the vehicle. That would be like measuring a roller carry-on bag excluding the wheels and handle.
