I plan to cross into Switzerland from France. I'm also hoping to have a French Pass Sanitaire with QR code. Does anyone if Switzerland will accept that, from a non resident, instead of having to get the Swiss Covid Certificate?

Any EU Covid certificate/QR code should work in Switzerland (and vice versa).

Yes I would think it will work fine. This is the great thing with how the EU (and affiliated) countries who worked together to make their QR codes interoperable. Receive one country’s code, receive one that is good for all the EU and affiliated countries.
I used my French EU code in Norway, and to be honest, it’s my EU code that I use at restaurants here.
