urgent help needed: Jungfraujoch and Swiss Rail Pass

I have a Swiss Rail pass. I bought a ticket from Gimmelwald to Jungfraujoch on the SBB website but couldn't find any info to use Swiss Rail pass so I selected half fare. It's for today.
I now realize that I used the wrong pass info. and should have purchased a ticket on the Jungfrau.ch website just for Jungfraujoch, which isn't covered by Swiss Rail flex pass. Should I buy a second set of tickets for my family? From which city? Kleine Scheidigg? Or Wengen? Will I get a refund on the other tickets I bought?
Or take a chance and go; try to get this fixed in 10 minutes between trains....

I'm taking the first gondola out of Gimmelwald at 6:30 a.m. -- in one hour -- And I also paid to reserve seats on the Jungfraujoch at 8 a.m. but I don't now when the conductor for Jungfraujoch leg checks the tickets. Before we get on the train? Or on the train? I don't have the correct pass for the tickets I bought but they were 117 CHF each, not 152 listed on the Jungfraujoch website.

Any advice on how to fix this and get on the train to Jungfraujoch?

So you are not using a pass day today. Gimmelwald to Jungfraujoch is indeed 117.20 CHF round trip with a Half Fare Card. You don't have a Half Fare Card, The simple solution if you do not want use a pass day is to now spend 120 CHF and buy Half Fare Cards for everyone.

In order for your tickets to be valid, you will need Half Fare Cards as soon as you step onto the Gimmelwald Tram. So go there right now and see if you can buy them out of the ticket machine. Otherwise you need to talk to someone in authority to see what can be done. Do that before you get on any transport or you could be fined. If you have to forfeit your reservations, so be it. Just get it cleared up before you travel.

Hi: It all worked out. We were able to top off our half fare mistake to full fare at Kleine Sheidegg station during a quick 10-minute stop and make our 8 a.m. train to Jungfraujoch. It cost an extra $50 each. It was a miracle. The conductor suggested that we do that. She was very sympathetic. And the agent at Kleine Scheidegg was also sympathetic about online booking and quickly gave us a ticket to board and we paid the difference. She said we could request a refund and get the 75% fare with the Swiss Rail flex pass.
Actually you can get the 25% discount for the Swiss Rail Pass on the Jungfraujoch.ch website. But we had sketchy wifi and were having trouble getting on the site even though we tried for several hours. I sense that the agents know there is confusion with the Swiss Rail Pass. I booked my "mistake" ticket on the SBB site, but it doesn't offer a Swiss Rail Pass option.

We met some other Swiss Rail Pass travelers who simply bought a Jungfraujoch 75% discounted ticket on the same train we were on -- directly from the conductor! So, the website said it was sold out, but the travelers said that was first class only. But site didn't say that. They took a chance, got a seat and got their discounted ticket without an advance reservation, which is amazing during peak season. No problem.
There is a fine if you are traveling with the wrong ticket/fare class.
Jungfraujoch was very crowded as expected -- particularly after 9:30 a.m. it's peak season. Many large Chinese tour groups.

Clarification: It's a 25% discount; not 75%. And the site is jungfrau.ch
