I will be traveling from Murren to Venice in Late May. Any suggestions on which Train to take and what time of day?
I assume it will be a full day of travel.

I'm afraid I can't help you if you want to do it in one day. Suggest looking it up on DB.
But if you wanted to do it in two easy days on the scenic route, last year we did: Murren-Interlaken Ost-Luzern-Zurich-Chur, overnighted in Chur, and next day Chur-Bernina Express-Tiranno-Milan-Venice. The Bernina Express is the best mountain railway I've ever been on.

Go to www.sbb.ch/en. Just looking quickly, you can leave at 7:06 and be at Venice S. Lucia station by 2:40 pm. Once you get to Brig, it is a direct train to Venice.

Good choice. We traveled from Zurich to Venice over three days a couple of years ago, with overnights in Samedan (near Pontresina) and Varenna (on Lake Como). We wanted lots of time to hike and explore. But you could easily do it with just one stop. In late May I would probably pick Varenna, but I did not check the journey time from Mürren. From Varenna to Venice is an easy half-day trip.
